A Little Ice Skating in the Heat of Summer!

I finally found some time to finish the ice skate I mentioned earlier.

I really liked the color of these skates when I found them with the Black Plum top and Black bottom.

A piece of homespun allows it to hang.

So refreshing on a HOT day!

It's a "Shoe" Thing...

Hello to all! Have been extremely busy between Holiday, Guests, and Finishing 1st cutting hay.

I feel as though I have neglected my wonderful blog followers. I am caught up with life for the moment and had some time to paint! Shoes seem to be the theme for the past few days. I painted a couple of baby shoe night lights.

And I have been looking for quite a while for the perfect witches shoe and finally found one at a local thrift store. It turned out to be just right for Witch Fiona!!!!

This is a Terrye French design.

I am in the process of finishing an ice skate. I will post a picture when I am done.

Will be creating something for my next "Follower before the Follower Giveaway!"
